Apply a small amount of the scrub to a cleansed face and neck (best carried out in the shower or bath). Massage with a little water using small circular strokes. Rinse with splashes of warm water. Follow with your usual toner and moisturiser.

Apply a small quantity of the mask to a cleansed face and neck using the back of a teaspoon, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and remove with a warm compress. Splash the skin with warm water to remove all traces of the mask. Follow with a cold compress and finish with your usual toner and moisturiser.
